Starting is the hardest part. Just start, and before you know it you'll be back to where you were! I think being a part of the that running group will be great motivation to get out there and start moving again. I gave up Diet Coke after a 20 year addiction. I gave up the smokes 7 years ago after an 18 year addiction. I gave up meat 9 months ago. Your feet are very important (I will lecture you about this on Monday - I'm quite passionate about it!)<br />2) Put on your new beanie, a pair of gloves, leggings and a longsleeve t-shirt and get out there. Its only cold for the first 5 mins then you warm up (otherwise known as suck it up Princess). The mornings are beautiful and quiet and its a great way to start the day.<br />3) Yes, cut out the crap. Its a viscious circle. The more crap you eat, the crapper you feel. You gave up coffee so you can kick the bad food.
