100 Days of Gratitude - Day 52
Today I am grateful for the beautiful weather we have been having this week which has made getting back into my cycling much much easier.

I have been riding to work every day, eating my oats and rice milk for breakfast, fruit only for snacks, and no bingeing.
2. Is there anything healthy you haven't been doing or have been inconsistent?? Are you working on it?
I am inconsistent at dinner time and after dinner. This is where I fall into a big blubbering heap. I am working on getting through one extra hour each day before giving in. Soon there will be no hours left and I'll be perfect! LOL
3. What are you planning for dinner tonight?
Hadn't really thought about it - maybe a vegie fritatta.
4. How many meals do you make sure your having vegetables with?
At the moment I am being slack. But have a big trip to the Farmers market planned for this Sunday so will make sure I have at least one massive serve of veg each day.
5. Do you love to cook? Or would you rather eat someone else's cooking or eat out??
I really enjoy cooking, but not in the kitchen where I live now. I can't wait to be back in my own kitchen. I also enjoy eating out but tend to make bad choices when I do. :)

Returning to calorie counting, and getting back into cycling and running.

I have been very inconsistent with both diet and exercise of late. I'm trying very hard to get both back under control right now.

I'm going to mum's. I think we're having a lamb and vegetable casserole.
4. How many meals do you make sure your having vegetables with?
Always with dinner, but I try to get them with lunch and/or as a snack as well.

I love to cook when I have time, but I really resent the weeknight quick-cook. I need to be organised and cook/prepare meals in advance for the week, otherwise I can fall into some quick-but-unhealthy food traps.

Sticking to fruits and yoghurt for snacks and rice cakes for lunch, walking in my lunch breaks and sticking to my water intake.
2. Is there anything healthy you haven't been doing or have been inconsistent?? Are you working on it?
Exercise has been pretty inconsistent since I started my new job, but getting back into it slowly

Pumpkin and Chicken risotto, leftovers from last night, it was brilliant

All dinners during the week, Sat and Sun not so much

I would gladly retire and cook all day every day!

Having a sandwich for lunch yesterday instead of chips!

No exercise ... yes, working on it!!!

These ricotta and chive parcel thingies from Lenards which we got in Whyalla .. not quite sure what they are!! And salad!

Usually dinner but I've been slack lately!

I do like to cook but after work I usually have to force myself cos I'm tired!

My berry smothies or when I want hot and junky food I have been dry frying some mushrooms and adding lots of garlic tis satisfying the cravings.

Exercising but have rejoin gym today so that should should change

Was planning fish but had steak instead
