Productive Day

Well, despite being unwell yesterday, it ended up being a very productive day.  After getting my recipes udated both on my blog and on my own computer, I decided it was time to do some work.  I did some work on the childrens story I am currently editting, and then I did some long overdue research into possible Publishers.  I am pleased with the progress of the story, although it does still need some work.  And I have chosen 2 Publishers to send it to, I just need to decide which one to go to first.

I spent the afternoon after my work was done knitting and chilling out, trying to will myself better so I could go out last night.

Didn't happen.

I was so disappointed.  Not only is the band about to go on their US Tour which means they won't be performing in SA again till the end of the year, I didn't get to wear my new shoes or my new outfit.  But, Date Night has been rescheduled to next weekend so I can wear it all then.  :o)

This morning I am still feeling a little "tender" in the tummy, but I am going to ride to the flat to clean anyway.  I don't have a whole lot of choice as it has to be done.  But I will just take it easy.

Sounds like it was a good day, even with a sore tummy. Can't wait to read your published story to my girls. :-) Trina would love it!! She still talks about our visit to you.

Ohhh no!! I'm so sorry to hear that you didn't get to go out and also didn't get to wear your new outfit :( You looked so great in it so make sure you wear it soon! I'm wearing my new jeans and stripy top :D :D The guy was right that they stretch a lot!!! So glad I got the 14s!!

Hope you're feeling better, don't push yourself with cleaning the flat too much xoxo

Ohhh I just found your blog and am so excited!!! You seem to have very similar interests to me! I also dream of writing/publishing a book! I love running and also am trying to simplify my life. Have you been to the zenhabits blog? He writes a lot about simplifying and I find it really inspiring.
