OMG - it was FREEZING this morning on my way to work! All my long trackie pants (all 2 pairs of them) are in the wash so I had to wear my 3/4 ones. I forgot my gloves. There were no clouds in the sky. And it was COLD! I think now that I am riding to work just about every day I need to invest in some more long trackies.
I am not as sore today as I was yesterday, but there is still one spot, back of my leg, just above my knees, that is really tight. Should be alright for the Running Group tonight though.
Speaking of that. I am terrified. I don't want to go. I want to hide in the corner and cross my arms and stomp my feet and say NO! Luckily I am no long 2 years old and can move past that and will make myself go. But I am terrified. I have warned the coach how slow I am and he said I will be fine. Yet terror prevails...
Quick update on my weekly goals I set for myself.
Cycling - 41.16/80 kms
Running - 0/60 mins
Other - 1/2 sessions
Not too bad so far. I should hit all the goals by Sunday night I think.
1) Drink lots of water
2) Don't buy any crap food
3) Go to running group
4) Get through my To Do List
5) Have an early night
